H2 Services provided architectural and structural design services, along with complete construction services, to renovate an existing surgical suite into a hybrid OR lab. The work included all required construction work, including demolition of the existing space, installation of lead radiation shielding, and mechanical & electrical systems.  The adjacent space was the open-heart surgical suite and all work on this project had to be performed around the schedule of this room.
